Update review. The staff are really helpful, friendly & very knowledgeable. I've been going here for years & I've never had any problems, they've recommended what they think is a better product. They've always been right. Very happy pet's even happier customer.

I've been using pet Aqua for many years ever since I was a boy, but more so recently, after getting a puppy Every single member of staff is bloody brilliant, and you can tell it's not just a job it's a passion From advice ,raw food,treats,leads, and control harnesses, nothing is ever a problem, and they are more than happy to help And it's not just my self that really appreciate these guys but my puppy gus does also as he now will not go to town without going to say hi and making me spend more money 😉 I wish I could give more than 5 stars 🌟 as you truly deserve it From a very happy dog dad and a pampered doggo 🐶

Best pest shop ever! Staff are extremely knowledgeable and give brilliant advice about all kinds of animal care. Their fish tanks are super clean and live food is alive! I've been to some dodgy pet shops in my time and this certainly isn't one of them! If they haven't got something you want they can order it for you. Very patient with my children which is always a blessing.

Great shop with friendly staff, was served by a young girl who was lovely, not a huge shop but still manages to have a great range of items for your pets, definitely recommend xx

I can't thank the ladies in this store enough! They saved the lives of all my fish today. I rang around so many pet shops asking for urgent help. I needed a few polystyrene fish boxes to house my fish after my pond sprung a leak. They offered me the needed boxes straight away, no hesitation. I could have cried. Kindness like this seems to be rare now, so I'm incredibly grateful and will only use this shop for all my pet needs from now on. Thanks girls I'm so so grateful 🫶🏻🐟

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years to get supplies for my pets. From mice for my snakes, crickets for my lizard, food and flea treatments for my dogs. The owner is such a nice friendly chap. He’s very knowledgeable about all things to do with pets. Always great customer service and always have a nice friendly chat. Will continue to carry on using for many more years to come.

We bought from this store two budgies for my son's I didn't know nothing about budgies but special thanks to Simon he explains everything about them. It has been few months now budgies are very happy in they new home.

Amazing pet shop, my dachshund absolutely loves the kibble and treats from here. Staff are always super friendly. Definitely recommend! ☺️
